Privacy

Enhanceify Ltd (company no. 16107718, Brighton, East Sussex) runs this site and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to the email address on the About page.

What this site collects

  • Two cookies. enhanceify_session and XSRF-TOKEN keep the site working and protect forms against forgery. They are strictly necessary, hold no advertising data, and expire within hours.
  • A visitor count. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
  • Server logs. The hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard web server logs such as IP address, page requested and time, for security and fault finding.
  • Testimonials. If I send you a link to leave a testimonial, the site stores what you submit: your name, role, company, your words and an optional photo. It is published only after you have submitted it and I have approved it. Ask and I will remove it.

What it does not do

There is no contact form, no newsletter, no advertising and no tracking pixels. Email you send me stays in my mailbox and is used only to reply and to do the work. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

Google account access

Enhanceify operates a private Google API app, "rclone-pmox", used only by Robert Craig to copy his own encrypted backups to his own Google Drive. It does not request access to anyone else's Google account. Data it reads or writes in Google Drive stays in that Drive and on his own server, is not shared with any third party, and is not used for advertising or to train AI models. Its use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data held about you, using the email address on the About page. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
